“Cold Lands. The Russian-Japanese Cooperation in the North”

The scientific seminar "Cold lands. The Russian-Japanese Cooperation in the North" was held on September 30, 2020. It was organized by the North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov (NEFU) and Hokkaido University (Japan) within the framework of the Northern Forum on Sustainable Development — 2020.

The seminar included a plenary session followed by four specialized sections:
1) The Northern environment
2) The Northern community
3) Socio-economic development of the North and the Arctic (Socio-economic development of the North and the Arctic)
4) Construction technologies and design for cold regions (Construction technologies and design for regions with cold climates).
