It was organized by Hokkaido University, Altai State University (Altai State University) under the auspices of the Association of Russian and Japanese Universities.
The participants of the event exchanged their experience in cooperation with the regional consortia including universities, local authorities private companies and other organizations for arranging trainings of specialists, taking into account the needs of the region. They also discussed the issues they faced implementing those initiatives, and also outlined the ways of solving them.
